To gain a deeper understanding of the independent agent workflow, I conducted direct interviews with several users from this space. These users frequently manage core functions like generating proof-of-coverage forms as part of their daily responsibilities. By observing and discussing their processes for certificate issuance tasks, I uncovered key pain points and opportunities for improvement. The insights gathered during these sessions informed the creation of detailed user personas and process diagrams, enabling a more targeted and empathetic design approach.
